Knight In Shining Armor
It'd been a while since Justin arrived at Sap's place. He'd walked around, watching everybody doing drugs. He felt sick when all the creepy older men touched him. Another go-go boy came over.
"Cool place, huh?" he said, while grinning.
"Yeah. Cool." 'Yeah, right' Justin thought to himself, as some guys drew the boy away from Justin. 'Thank god that wasn't me.'
Sap picked that time to show up and offered Justin a joint. "Hmm...want some?"
"No thanks."
"Come on, loosen up, relax." In the end Justin agreed and took a hit.
"Why don't you take your shirt off?"
"What for?"
"It's why you're here, remember?" Sap patted Justin's hair and Justin felt like screaming.
"Decoration" right, Justin murmured.
"That was, the deal." Reluctantly, Justin took off his shirt.
"That's better." Sap licked his fingers and pinched Justin's nipple. 'Oh my god, I think I'm gonna be sick.'
One of Sap's friends showed up behind Justin.
"Your little friend here looks like he could use a drink. Why don't we offer him something "?
"Later."
Sap and his friend exchanged knowing looks, and it was obvious that they had plans for Justin later. Sap's friend left and Sap convinced Justin to finish the joint. "Come on. It's good shit."
Justin smoked the joint as he watched the other boy almost getting raped.

"I mean Michael's got Ben. You've got Justin. Even Emmett has George for Christ's sake. How come everybody's got someone except me?"
"The reason you don't have a boyfriend is because you don't want one..."

Justin snorted some coke and danced a little bit. Sap gave him something to drink. His vision became blurred and he felt dizzy. Sap and his friend tried to pull him toward the sling, but he resisted. "Give me a sec., I have to use the bathroom. It looks like fun. I'll be right out." He felt his way to the bathroom, it took him a couple of minutes, but in the end he entered it and locked the door. He washed his face with cold water, willing his body to relax. That's when his body started shaking and he realized that he was freezing. 'I wish I had my shirt on' Justin thought to himself. 'So cold...' Justin sat on the floor, hugging his knees and resting his head on them. 'I'm so scared!' Justin was helpless. He didn't know what to do. He took out his cell phone and pressed the first speed dial button.
~ Woody's ~
Brian fumbled with the cell phone, he was so drunk it was a wonder he was still conscious.
"What?"
Silence.
"Justin I know it's you, did you happen to hear about caller ID ?"
Justin let out a small whimper. That sound instantly sobered Brian up.
"Justin what's wrong?" Brian could feel the panic rising. He started seeing flashbacks of the prom, Justin lying on the garage floor, his listless body bleeding to death. Brian willed himself to stay calm, for Justin's sake.
"Justin, talk to me!" Brian barked into the phone, while hastily exiting Woody's.
"Cold ..so cold, I'm scared Brian. Please help me. Please."
"Justin where are you?"
"I don't know."
"Jesus Justin, think. I can't help you if I don't know where you are."
"I'm at Sap's place. I think" he stammered.
"Don't move and don't close the cell phone. Keep talking to me. I'm coming to get you."
"Brian, I love you."
"I know you do."
"Brian?"
"Yeah?"
"Hurry."
"I'll be there soon. Just. Don't. Stop. Talking!"
"What do you want me to talk about?"
"Whatever you want, Justin. Tell me tell me, about the wedding."
"Really?"
"Yes".
Brian drove to Sap's house like a madman. He was drunk, driving full speed with one hand on the steering wheel, the other hand holding the cell phone to his ear. He was lucky that he didn't kill anybody and that he wasn't caught by the cops. The ride took him 10 minutes instead of 25, but he made it in one piece.
Justin kept mumbling nonsense into the phone. Brian wasn't really paying attention to what he was saying, he just listened to the sound of his voice. "...And then I caught the bouquet." Silence. Brian parked the jeep, made his way to Sap's front door and barged in like he owned the place.
"Justin why did you stop talking?" Brian demanded. No answer. "Justin, I'm inside the house. Where exactly are you?"
"I'm on the floor" he barely whispered.
"Where on the floor?" Brian was losing his patience. He worried beyond belief and had to see Justin to make sure he was okay.
"On the blue floor." Justin wasn't making any sense. 'God, what did he take?'
"Where's the blue floor?" Brian was trying to stay calm, but he words came out sounding clipped.
"In the bathroom."
"I'm on my way." Brian then noticed all the heavy action going in the house. Twinks in slings, men sucking and fucking everywhere, drink and drugs being used liberally and freely. Brian didn't believe in God, but he had to thank higher powers that it wasn't his Justin in one of the slings.
"Justin, where the fuck is the bathroom?"
"Huh?"
"Which floor?" 'Please don't say the blue floor...'
"First floor. I think."
"I'll be right there." Brian made his way through the house, opening doors and looking for the bathroom with the blue floor. He reached the end of the hall, and to his right was a locked door. He pounded on the door and heard Justin whimpering on the phone.
"Relax baby, it's just me."
"Br..Br..Brian?" Justin asked timidly, his voice barely above a whisper.
"Yeah, baby, I'm here, but I can't get to you unless you open the door for me. Can you do that?" Justin crawled slowly to the door and unlocked it. Brian opened the door carefully and reached for Justin. He picked him up in his arms and cradled him like a baby. He rubbed soothing circles on Justin's back and rained kisses all over his face, neck and hair. Justin trembled in Brian's arms, as silent tears ran down his face. Brian kissed the tears away and touched Justin all over to make sure nothing happened to him.
"Justin, did they touch you? Did they do anything to you?"
"No!"
"Are you sure? You don't have to be ashamed to tell me."
"They wanted to put me in that sling thing, but I didn't want to Brian! So I disappeared and came to hide in here. I was so scared." Justin was practically in tears by this time.
"Shhh . You don't have to be scared anymore. I'm here and I won't let anyone touch you."
"Are you mad at me?" Justin asked in a small voice, afraid of hearing the answer.
"I'm not mad at you. In fact I'm proud of you. You did the right thing by calling me. Geez, Justin. You were very lucky tonight, anything could have happened to you! I hope you understand that."
"I do."
"Justin, you're young and you still have a lot to learn, but I hope you understand that this gig as a go-go/rent boy is a one time experience. I won't let you do it again. I'm paying your tuition and I won't take a refusal from you. Like I said, a man needs to know when to ask for help, and like you asked for my help tonight, I can help you with your tuition. It's just fucking money. You're the only thing that matters. Am I making myself clear?"
"Yes."
"Good. Now let's go home." Justin wasn't scared anymore. He was safe in Brian's arms, but he was still shivering from the cold and from also being half dressed. Brian took his jacket off to place around Justin's shoulders, wrapped his arms tighter around him, and made his way out of the bathroom. He tried to walk away unnoticed, but a voice stopped him dead in his tracks.
"Hey Kinney, where are you going with my boy-toy?"
"He's not your boy-toy."
"Oh yeah, I forgot. He's your boy-toy" the Sap said in his weasely nasal voice.
"He's not my boy-toy either. He doesn't belong to anyone."
"That's exactly where you're wrong. I paid good money for his 'services' tonight and I expect some return!"
"Here's your fucking money asshole! And as I said before, he's NOT FOR SALE!!" Brian threw a couple of bills on the floor and stormed out of the house before anyone could stop him. Brian walked to the jeep with Justin in his arms, all the while whispering comforting words in his ear. He opened the passenger door and eased Justin into the seat. He fastened the seatbelt and kissed Justin on the forehead.
"You're alright Sonny-boy. You're alright." Brian was about to leave Justin's side when Justin grabbed his hand. Brian looked at Justin and saw that his eyes were teary again and his bottom lip was quivering. He stroked Justin's cheek and tried to calm him down.
"Don't worry. I'm not going anywhere. I just want to get us home as soon as possible." Justin reluctantly let go of Brian's hand and Brian went to the driver's side, got in and started the jeep. The drive home was made in contemplative silence. Every once in a while, Brian had to touch Justin to make sure he was really okay. A hand on his thigh, a kiss on the lips... When they reached the loft, Brian jumped out of the jeep racing to the other side to take care Justin. He reached for his hand and they walked into the building of the loft, hand in hand to the elevator. Once inside the elevator, Brian hugged Justin fiercely, telling him in actions what he couldn't say in words.
Entering the loft, Brian walked Justin to the bathroom and slowly undressed him. He removed his own clothes and took Justin to the shower. He gently soaped Justin's body, washed his hair, and he felt Justin instantly relax in his arms. When they finished the shower, Brian took a big fluffy towel and dried Justin off from head to toe. He then picked Justin up and carried him to their bed. He lay Justin under the duvet and got in beside him, with Justin snuggling into his arms. Brian caressed his back and kissed the top of his head. They lay there, Brian deep in thought and Justin in his safe haven. No, tonight wasn't about sex, it was about comfort and warmth. Brian and Justin were both just content to be in each other's arms.
Right before falling asleep, Justin's baby blues stared into Brian's hazel eyes and said, "I love you Brian. You're my hero."
Brian lay awake for long time, running his hands all over Justin's body, his fingers tracing Justin's face, along his nose and over his lips. He kept thinking, though Justin was small in stature and appeared fragile, in reality he was the bravest person he knew. 'He's 18 for fuck's sake! Just a kid.' And right before surrendering his body to sleep, Brian vowed to never let anyone hurt his baby again.
